The Accounting Manager position is to handle with the first-time participation statements for the Acquisition titles and See It Now Studio Titles. Currently, there are approximately 110 Acquisition titles and 30 See It Now Studio (News) titles that require first-time statements setup.
- hybrid Monday and Tuesday on-site in Los Angeles, CA
- Hours: 9-6
The setup process includes:
- abstracting and confirm the abstract with BALA
- setting up statements and cover letters in PARIS
- preparing and reconciling the first-time statements for issuance
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in TV or Theatrical Participations
- Fast learner with in house participations system
- Well organized and able to follow up through various projects
Nice to have:
- Experience with PARIS system
- Able to converse with business’ affair regarding contracts
- Candidates don’t have to manage with this role but manager experience is nice to have.
