The Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!) is a groundbreaking and exciting program that transforms local middle and high school students into real, confident entrepreneurs. Through the year-long program, students in grades 6-12 generate business ideas, conduct market research, write business plans, pitch to a panel of investors, and launch their very own companies. The Young Entrepreneurs Academy is a life-changing program that positively impacts the entire community. From exciting local business guest lecturers to dynamic field trips to local companies, students learn how to develop and run a real enterprise in a fun, projects-based approach. Founded in 2004, YEA! started in Central Ohio in 2014. Our last class graduated 18 students that launched 12 businesses. National YEAUSA website www.yeausa.org Â
YEA! is a 30 week program that meets weekly, starting in late October with graduation and businesses launched in May. We are now recruiting students and volunteers for this coming 2016-17 class. The Marysville Early College HS is our host location, located just off US-33 in Marysville.  Local website www.yeaunioncounty.org
We are hosting “Info Sessions” at both the Marysville Entrepreur Center “MEC” and Dublin Entrepreneurial Center “DEC” to provide additional information to parents, students and interested supporters. Please consider joining us!

Boy Scouts! Can earn 5+ merit badges by graduating from this program. The local Simon Kenton Council has approved our YEA! program.
YEA! provides a focused introduction to the business world, combining a dynamic, proven curriculum with the experiences of local leaders of industry, community members, educators and entrepreneurs.
