In honor of Women’s History Month, PMICOC presents: Women and the PMP(andemic): Amplifying the Woman’s Voice During the Age of Covid-19. In March of 2020, Covid-19 began to run its course on our everyday activities. As it pertains to the workforce, COVID changed everything completely: business processes and practices, work/life balance strategies, and leadership abilities, to name a few. The purpose of this panel discussion to hear how COVID-19 global pandemic transformed and continues to transform the “new normal” from the woman’s perspective.
