Discussion on IT Pathways for young women following a topic presentation on…Why we need Tech Moonshot Thinking to solve for Gender Equality
Women are at a disadvantage starting early in life. Young girls witness a drop in confidence from 26% – 30% between 5th and 9th grade. InnoVationGirls solves for the moonshot goal of the Cliff Effect by giving young girls 10-15 a seat at the table in corporate boardrooms where their ideas are valued, their voices are heard while being financially compensated. They are immersed in a new methodology of innovation which enables them to make a difference in the world at this very young age.
