Overview: Join us on Zoom for an interactive session around New York Times bestselling author Patrick Lencioni’s book, “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.” We’ll dive into the complex world of teams and the many opportunities they face as they seek to grow together. Our main speaker will explore what those core dysfunctions are and outline the actionable steps that can be used to overcome these common hurdles in order to build a fused team. We’ll also hear first-hand stories from peers on their personal experiences with these root causes, and how they’ve reached their full potential.

Presenter Bio: From public sector to retail and manufacturing, Aladin has executed many industry-shaping tech transformations over the past 20 years. He’s a board member of the non-profit financial institution, BMI Federal Credit Union and of the renewable energy fin-tech, New Resource Solutions. He’s also a chairman of the Intelligent Community Forum Global Summit—a gathering of economic development leadership of aspiring smart cities around the world. On top of that, he’s a founder of IT Martini, a community organization which helps IT professionals achieve their personal career growth potential.
