The Power of Perspective is the topic for May. We chose this topic in support of our May Event: Unconscious Bias – The Virtual Remix. During this coaching circle, we will dive deeper in understanding what unconscious bias means while learning techniques to open our awareness to our own biases. The second half of the circle will lead us in exploring with compassion and curiosity how to name our biases so we can let them go and grow as leaders.
