Program: Are you launching something new in your business? Whether it’s an evolution of your current products, a completely new product, or perhaps an acquisition or startup business, you may be feverishly working to get it to market. This workshop offers tip on how to successfully launch from the perspective of a CEO:
– Defining and executing on the MVP and Product Road Map
– Managing customer pilots and early adopters
– Getting traction. Low-cost sales and marketing to drive early customer momentum
– The role of wedge products in new customer strategy
– ‘Art of the Start’ techniques for launching
As part of the workshop, Gary Ross will share with you the process that led to the launch of 30 major new products at one of his companies! It’s called ‘The Cars on the Road’ TM. He created The Cars on the Road process as a way to manage and launch new products more effectively.
Presenter: Gary Ross is a chief executive officer experienced in leading the growth of technology and service businesses over the past 17 years, ranging from $1M to $150M in revenues. Under his newly formed company, Ross Innovations LLC, Gary is currently working with executives of companies to help them reach and exceed their expectations.
In addition, Gary has recently led the launch of a new healthcare software startup called Med-Compliance IQ – accomplished through a team effort with the Ohio State University Medical Center and Rev1 Ventures. The first product coming out of Gary’s company has the potential to revolutionize the technology of wound care and actually save lives!
Gary graduated Kent State University with a degree in Mathematics. He achieved his MBA from Ohio State University with a focus on International Business. Gary is actively involved on boards and leadership roles within the industry and the community, and serves as mentor and coach to executives, students, and friends.
