Loop Returns is one of central Ohio’s fastest growing startups having raised over 10.5 million dollars in funding to date. As part of the quickly growing e-commerce sector, Loop is looking to solve a massive problem in their industry: returns. Returns account for 20-30% of e-commerce sales and not only hurt businesses in terms of sales, but often involve other operational costs on top of that. With a sleek platform that integrates into Shopify, Loop is creating a system to help streamline the returns process and help create love after purchase. In this Startup Grind, we talk with Jonathan Poma, Founder and CEO, about the company’s journey thus far and the future of ecommerce.
