As services grow in complexity and wicked problems surface, service design has emerged as a powerful way to tackle systems-related challenges. Since service design is participatory at its core A and the problems you’re tackling are unique, building customized tools will help you manage the complexity of certain topics.

Join us for this talk where Stratos team members will share examples of methods used to tackle complex challenges in service industries.

Speakers:
Monica Weiler is a co-founder and design research director at Stratos Innovation Group in Worthington. She leads a trans-disciplinary team that gathers insights to build design strategy for future products, services, environments, and systems. Monica holds a Ph.D. in Integrated Systems Engineering specializing in Human Factors, Design Thinking, and Organizational Change Management from The Ohio State University.

Anthony Weiler is co-founder and design strategist at Stratos Innovation Group. With more than 15 years of experience working in design and strategy related fields, Anthony specializes in developing ways to facilitate the co-design process between business stakeholders and the people they serve. Anthony holds a BFA from the Columbus College of Art and Design.
