Please join us for Small Business: Keeping It In The Family, presented by Michael DeVine on October 20th from 10-11AM.
Program: Running a family owned business can either be a dream or a nightmare. Family tends to bring out the best or worst in us, and running a business with your family is no different. Takeaways:Â
· How to identify when problems are being caused by family dynamics and emotions rather than business issues
· Self-insight into your own familial biases and how to account for them

· How to identify the next generation leaders and tips for coaching/developing them
