Self-driving vehicles and Smart Cities promise a revolution in future mobility. Artificial intelligence, augmented reality, and automation combine to offer new opportunities for the next generation of experience design for vehicle interiors, mobile applications, and connected services. Chris Rockwell, founder of human experience firm Lextant will share insights, challenges, and opportunities in the development of these increasingly automated solutions and discuss implications for interaction design.
About Chris:
Chris Rockwell is founder and president of Lextant, a human experience firm unlocking human behaviors and desires for the design of new product and services. For 20 years, Lextant’s insights and experience design strategies have been helping some of the world’s leading brands succeed through the application of design thinking and customer centered design. A frequent speaker and thought leader, Chris is a member of the Columbus Smart 50 and a member of the Academy of Distinguished Alumni at Virginia Tech.
