Events for the MEC on April 4th:

11:00 am – 12:00 pm – Practically Perfect People Skills

Today’s business environment requires more than satisfaction to succeed. Loyalty from customers creates life long brand ambassadors who will keep coming back.

How well are you are doing in relating to your customers to help them achieve the goals you’ve set? How well are you doing in understanding and relating to your customers and prospects in ways that build trusting relationships and enable them to help you accomplish the goals you’ve set?

DiSC is one of the world’s leading personal assessment tools and is used in a wide variety of business environments worldwide to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication.

The DiSC model teaches four primary behavioral tendencies, providing a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and others. These insights can then be applied across a broad context of business relationships including a work team or leadership team, or as part of building more trusting and effective relationships with customers and prospects.

Learning and applying DiSC profiles:

Increase your self-knowledge regarding what motivates you and how you solve conflicts and problems;

• Facilitate better teamwork;

Develop stronger sales skills by identifying and responding to customer behavioral styles;

Become a more effective leader.

Facilitator:  Karen Brown, Galvanic Sales Development

Karen Brown is certified to consult and train on building highly effective business relationships using DiSC as the foundational format.
