Urko Wood is Founder and President of Reveal Growth Consultants, Inc. He works with organizations to reveal ways to drive growth, guaranteed, and then helps them do it. He is an expert at discovering customers’ unmet needs in a form that is ideal for driving innovation and growth. Prior to starting Reveal, Urko was the Ohio Lead for Strategyn Consulting, a pioneer and leader in the “jobs-to-be-done” approach, a systematic methodology for driving innovation with an unprecedented 86% success rate that generated billions of dollars for clients. Some of his clients have included Battelle Memorial, Becton Dickinson, Cintas, General Motors, Herman Miller, Ingersoll Rand, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, and NetJets, as well as smaller companies and associations.
Urko earned a BA from Kenyon College and an MBA in Marketing from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Contributing Writer on growth strategy for The Business Journals, a certified Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance Facilitator, and a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
