Speaker: Branden Jones, CEO BLK Hack
Branden is a successful entrepreneur who spent 10 years as a promoter before launching into content creation. His love of movies led him to many film festivals, gaining in-depth knowledge of the independent film industry before realizing there was a huge disparity in distribution and access to financing. He’s currently leading a team of experts in the digital media industry as he launches the FLIQS streaming platform focused on the underserved African-American subscriber, the demographic that consumes the most content — not just because Nielsen said it, but because he’s one of those consumers. He also leads an initiative to bring about diversity and inclusion in the startup/tech space for Columbus Ohio, called BLK Hack.
