MEC Presents: Intro to 3D Printing and Sketchup
Join us on Tuesday, November 1st from 11:00am – 12:00pm
Program:
Come learn the basics of 3D Printing using a MakerBot Replicator. You will learn how a typical 3D printer works and processes to create and print a design. The presentation will also cover the basics of using a free 3D drawing package called Sketchup. Presenter: Marshall Magee
Marshall Magee is a local technologist and engineer with a background of designing products for both consumer and medical industries. Marshall likes to use 3D printers to make his own custom jigs and prototypes.

There is on-street parking (2-hr limit) in front of the MEC, along N Main St., as well as around the corner on 4th St., and a Civic Parking Lot located at the corner of 4th and Plum Streets, one block from the facility.
