You’ve had it with your old monolithic service layer. Minor updates are a headache at best, changes are slow, and when something breaks during deployment, good luck! It’s time to rebuild. The team wants to be nimble, enabling rapid prototyping of new features, safer deployments, canaries… the works! With all of these architectural changes and added abstractions, you still need to ensure that the environment is protected and our friends in audit are “happy”.
Join us for a look at one such stack, baking in network security, service authorization, application control and environment observability. We’ll deep-dive into a Kubernetes cluster protected with Istio and Calico, built in AWS using Terraform orchestration. We’ll even throw in a live demo for a little added excitement!
