Large software development organizations adapting methods and models to help scale their agility needs. During recent years, several frameworks for scaling agile have been created, including the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Large-scale Scrum (LeSS) and Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD). In this session, we will deep dive into LeSS and where do LeSS and learning organization meet?
