Agile Program Metrics

There is a lot of direction and information available about capturing, radiating, and using metrics for an agile team at the team level. However, there is limited information available for capturing, radiating, and using metrics for agile teams at the program level. How do you scale agile team metrics up to something meaningful at the program level? How can agile program level metrics be something that the Program can use to improve? How can you use agile program level metrics to drive program level changes? This session will be a discussion on (and an opportunity for attendees to share) different examples of program level metrics used in agile environments to drive program level improvements, changes, transparency, etc.
