This month’s event we will have a panel of Attorneys who will each speak on their journey and talk about some of their success stories. They will also be discussing some of the challenges they’ve come across putting deals together. We want to educate our audience on the legal process it takes to launch a startup the right way. Now is the time to prepare some questions around terms sheets, equity, partners, dilution, trademarks, licensing, mergers & acquisitions, vesting etc. We want to make sure as we help prepare startups to get launched and get traction, they are protected and know the language.
