auticon is a technology consulting company whose clients include some of Central Ohio’s best companies, such as CoverMyMeds and Nationwide. We plan to hire up to 50 autistic adults here in Columbus for professional careers in software development, data analytics, quality assurance, Salesforce development, and more. This FREE event is an opportunity for local community partners and job seekers who are on the autism spectrum to meet auticon company leaders and learn more about what auticon has to offer.
For adults on the autism spectrum, we know getting and keeping a job can be tough. That’s why we provide a low-stress job recruiting process, plus job coaches who help our employees succeed. Most of the people you meet with in the recruiting process are autistic themselves!

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
We know the autism community is strong in Central Ohio, so we are wanting this free event to be an opportunity for everyone to come together and get the word out about these employment opportunities. Attendees include:
Job seekers who have an autism diagnosis with at least one year of experience working in technology.
Regional Center leaders with connections to the autism community
University job placement evangelists and recruiters
Autism advocates who are invested in finding employment for autistic adults
Corporate hiring managers who are interesting in becoming an auticon client
Parents and families of autistic job candidates
