As a self-taught Salesforce administrator, Heather is passionate about telling her story of how she transitioned from a supporting role to a true process enabling business partner in her organization. By leveraging the Salesforce.com CRM platform and the vast Trailhead Community, Heather has capitalized off of the experience she has gained which has led to not only a successful career but also a rewarding work-life balance.
