About the Instructor:
Heather Glenn is what is referred to an Accidental Admin. After spending 15 years in sales and marketing operations, Heather was introduced to Salesforce. As a self-taught Salesforce administrator, Heather is passionate about telling her story of how she transitioned from a supporting role to a true process enabling business partner in her organization. By leveraging the Salesforce.com CRM platform and the vast Trailhead Community, Heather has capitalized off of the experience she has gained which has led to not only a successful career but also a rewarding work-life balance. Heather has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Mount Vernon Nazarene University and holds three Salesforce certifications.
Prerequisites: Â
Students should be fairly familiar with using web and mobile applications and Googling for answers to all of life’s questions. You do not need any prior Salesforce experience.
Tech Requirements: Â
Please bring a laptop, not an iPad/tablet. The visual development tools only run on a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari 9.x and 10.x on Mac OS X, Internet Explorer 11).
Financial Need: Â

Refund Policy:Â
Your payment of $60 guarantees your seat in the entire course. Please note that we cannot issue refunds, because there’s an overhead to issuing refunds via Meetup.com and we already offer the workshops at such a low cost. We put proceeds into the chapter fund, which we use as our scholarship fund.
