As we all know, “Design thinking” is a process to solve a creative problem innovatively. Howard Boggs, Executive Director Leading ATM/Teller@JPMC, is obsessed to use this technique for all the problems in his space. He has applied this technique in solving employee obsession issues to provide great customer experience. He will be sharing all the tips behind Design Thinking along with how to do initiate “Hello World” Journey in design thinking.
