This is Innovate New Albany’s first in a new series of events: TIGER Workshops.
Each TIGER Workshop will offer a hands-on opportunity to learn skills and build assets that help entrepreneurs achieve more success! Topic areas will include: Technology, Innovation, Growth, Entrepreneurship, and Responsibility.
About this Workshop: Website design and hosting can cost a fortune. But fortunately, you can design, host, and build them yourself!
In this workshop, participants will learn how to:
• Purchase their own domain name, webpage, and custom email hosting account.
• Create an email account.
• Configure that email account in a laptop and cell phone.
• Build and publish their own webpage.
Materials: Participants do not need to bring special supplies or tools for this workshop, but they will benefit by having their own laptops so they can follow along with their own media and bookmark pages they want to visit later.
Dave Agler is an Author, Voice Actor, Producer, and founder of Double I Media, LLC. He uses his years of experience as an instructor and his precise editing skills to create high quality audio elements for eLearning courses, and other creative projects. His work can be heard on the radio, on television, and in training videos around the world.
