OKR is a commonly used method for setting and tracking goals. It helps us answer few fundamental questions :
– What is most important for the next three or six or twelve months?
– What is expected of team members in order to help achieve the common important goals.”
– How to track progress towards the goal?
– How to keep team members motivated to achieve something bigger than their current ability?
During this session, we will learn, “what is OKR ?” and “how could it help with product development?”. I will also share my dos and don’ts from implementing OKR in multiple organizations.
