Parker MacDonell is Managing Director of Ohio TechAngel Funds (OTAF). OTAF is a group of for-profit investor funds, managed by Rev1 Ventures, that invests in highly promising, Ohio-based C corporations in three areas: IT, Advanced Materials, and Life Sciences. More than 300 high-net-worth, accredited investors have joined one or more of OTAF’s funds, making OTAF one of the largest in the United States. The Ohio Third Frontier Program provides additional funding.
Previously, Parker enjoyed a successful 25-year career in commercial banking with Bank One and CFBank. Parker earned a BA in Music from Dartmouth College and a Masters of Public and Private Management from the Yale School of Management. His favorite quote is “Stay loose, and play tight!” These were singer Chuck Berry’s instructions to a band that Parker led, the first time they took the stage with Mr. Berry!
Terry Ziegler is Founder and CEO of T-Pro Solutions. Terry devoted the majority of his career to the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. Terry’s deep CPG experience included trade marketing, consumer marketing, category management, analytics and finance. Terry held senior leadership and management roles at all of the following companies: RJ Reynolds, Nabisco, Borden Foods, Dairy Farmers of America.
Terry then used his deep CPG experience to create and deliver software to serve CPG companies. Prior to forming T-Pro, he worked at Synectics Group and AFS Technologies. Terry and the T-Pro founding team have built a suite of successful value-added software applications focused on predictive analytics and optimization. These applications were built to overcome the exact problems Terry experienced in his leadership roles at CPG companies.
