WHAT IS GDEX
GDEX is an annual expo and convention for everyone who loves games. Whether you’re someone who is looking to get into the industry, a seasoned veteran, or just someone who loves video and board games, there is something for everyone. We take pride in being the platform to help indie developers showcase their passions to the world. Featuring dev’s from across the country, there is always something new to play at GDEX!
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?
GDEX started as a way for the Ohio game dev community to share their projects with the world. That was 5 years ago and since then it has become a major industry in event bringing in people from all over the world. Last year we had people from 20 states and 4 countries attend!
GDEX is a curated show in which we try and bring new and exciting people to create a Weekend Long Celebration of Games. That means that unlike many shows that simply allow exhibitors to purchase a booth and be in the show, we have an application process so that we can find the people that are passionate and excited to be a part of the game community. Every year we look to create a full weekend experience filled with opportunities to Share, Learn, and Connect with people who love games just as much as you!
GDEX is a weekend dedicated to Games and Creative Technology. It’s an annual celebration of games and gaming culture with guests from all over the country, and the world. Be the first to check out over 150 games, with many of them not being available to play anywhere else!
