We’ll take a look at how research, observation, surveys and critical thinking come together to create a honed awareness of the audience’s needs and experience. This information is being used to drive a crafted, omni-channel marketing campaign with the goal of promoting concessions and retail within an airport environment. Spoiler: it’s not all about ads on walls.¬†
