Because in today’s digital economy opportunities and threats appear constantly, all areas of an enterprise need to be agile and must continually adapt their people, processes, and technology to meet the enterprise’s strategic mission and vision.
This session will present best practices for using the EVC framework for Excellence in Value Creation in all business areas and departments; and how projects and agile initiatives can have a clearly defined strategic agility— with achievable outcomes from solutions that create superior and dynamic business capabilities at various levels throughout the enterprise.
