This month, OSU mathematics professor Jim Fowler will ask what is the difference between “truth” and “proof” in mathematics? “Truth” is essentially mysterious, but “proof” is a human attempt to uncover those mysteries. Jim will engage us in some calculations that will attempt to reveal the mysteries of mathematics.
