Bio: Richard Douglass is the owner/principal of Improved Usability. He has worked on a range of projects from: Intranet, Extranet, .com, Mobile, Enterprise and Development software. His clients include: LexisNexis, Razorfish, State Street Global Advisors, Air New Zealand, Optimal Experience at PwC, Grange Insurance, Wendy’s, and Abbott Laboratories.
