AgileLunchbox is back!

Friends, after a year of Lean Lunchbox, we’ve decided to go back to our roots of Agile.  I hope you’ll enjoy our events this year.  Details on our first meeting of 2017 below.

Thanks,

AgileLunchbox Board

Agile transformations are happening all over Columbus.  There is a good chance that your employer is making “going Agile” a major goal.  That is if you haven’t already found yourself assigned to a new team that is already operating in an Agile manner. Or perhaps you are a newly minted Scrum Master who is feeling a bit overwhelmed.

If any of the above is true, or you just want to expand your skills this event is for you

In this first session we will discuss multiple topics and save a chunk of time for Q&A.

Topics may include:

·  Being a great Scrum Master

·  Using “yesterdays weather” to predict the future

·  Eliciting requirements versus gathering them

In an effort to be more Lean in our thinking we will discuss and select topics for the next few meetings so that you are always getting the content you want and need.  Will you join us on the journey?

Part 1 will be led by Jim Sammons, CSM, PSM and PMI-ACP.  Jim is currently an Agile Coach and Evangelist in the Columbus area.  Other presenters will be scheduled for the topics that the group selects.

This is Part 1 of a planned 5 part series.  You do NOT need to attend all meetings.
