Abstract:
Monday’s should be something to celebrate. In this talk we will start by briefly exploring how to convince leadership employee engagement is profitable with research. Then dive into how to effectively increase engagement and satisfaction with an organization. We’ll wrap up with how to create a community within your organization.
This is a highly interactive session where discussion and even debate are encouraged. Attendees will leave with tools to make them say T.G.I.M.!
