You are cordially invited to attend the 2016 YEA! Investor Panel Presentation Event to hear business plan presentations from the 2016 YEA! class of Union County. Like “Shark Tank” the YEA! Investor Panel event will showcase over 10 student businesses, with students from 13 area schools. Investor Panel Judges will be awarding real cash dollars, and the winning business will receive a trip to the Saunders Scholars Semi-Finals in Rochester, NY.
YEA! Union County is a 30 week afterschool program that transforms local middle and high school students into real confident entrepreneurs. This first class in Union County has attracted students from Union and 3 surrounding counties. Students write their own business plans, develop logos, websites and will officially launch their businesses in May. You will depart this event with a wide smile on your face knowing we have such motivated grade schoolers creating future jobs for our region!
