What does career progression look like for an Agile Leader? If you are a Scrum Master or Product Owner, or any member of an Agile team, where do you go next? Which cert should you pursue? In an Agile world with fewer defined roles and less hierarchy the career path isn’t always clear. Join us for this frank and open presentation on the available growth paths for Agile leaders. Participants will gain an understanding of the common paths from new Scrum Master or Product Owner to Agile Coach and other leadership roles within an organization.
Daniel is a Lean and Agile Coach whose primary focus is delivering business value to customers. He leverages his understanding of both business and IT to help organizations improve their processes and collaboration to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. He helps organize many of the Lean and Agile events in central Ohio including The Path to Agility, Lean Into Agile, Lean Lunchbox, and COHAA events. Daniel will work with stakeholders of your project to ensure we are building the right product the right way as efficiently as possible.
