Client seeks a talented Business Analyst to join their Enterprise Business Solution Team with a focus on Corporate Development Expansion. On this team, this person will build and develop relationships with both IT and business partners to support day-to-day operations. This role supports Global Brand operations from start and finish throughout the procurement process to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate quickly assimilates and uses new information to influence decision making.  This job is hybrid in New Albany, Ohio.  
 

• End-to-End Procurement Support: Manage and drive global brand operations from start to finish across the procurement lifecycle, directly supporting corporate development and expansion.
• Retail Operations Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of retail business operations to anticipate business needs and proactively prevent potential system or operational issues.
• Cross-Functional IT & Business Partnership: Act as a central liaison between technical IT teams and corporate business partners, building strong relationships and facilitating effective communication.
• System Validation & Testing: Execute comprehensive test plans and validate critical system updates and enhancements before deployment to production environments.
• Agile Issue Resolution: Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

 
What Will You Be Doing?  

• Strong understanding of retail operations 
• Partner and communicate with multiple business and IT teams across the organization 
• Maintain and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for system functions 
• Validate system updates and enhancements prior to deployment in production environments 
• Help solution proactively and prevent future issues  
• Coordinate cross functionally to enable timely resolution when issues arise 

What Do You Need To Bring?  

• 3-5 years’ experience
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Strong analytical skills 
• Highly organized and detail oriented 
• Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment 
• Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to handle significant responsibility 
• Humble, team-oriented and optimistic 
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
