We’re seeking a Programmatic Coordinator in New York, NY to support creative trafficking and campaign reporting. This role sits at the intersection of campaign operations and reporting, ensuring campaigns launch accurately, run smoothly, and are measured effectively. The coordinator will also help close gaps in day-to-day execution where our agency relationship leaves work uncovered, serving as a key internal point of continuity.
Hours: 9am to 6pm, or 10am to 7pm
Responsibilities:
- We receive creative from the brand team, and this person will be responsible for the taxonomy of that creative such as organizing the files ensuring they are named correctly and uploaded into our ad service system, this technology serves as a central hub where creative is triggered for targeting needs for specific needs.
- Lead creative trafficking across programmatic campaigns, including asset QA, tag/creative implementation, and troubleshooting delivery issues.
- Own campaign reporting: pull, compile, and distribute performance data; build recurring and ad hoc reports for internal and partner stakeholders.
- Coordinate campaign setup and execution across company initiatives.
- Act as internal support for tasks that fall outside or between agency-managed scopes, ensuring no gaps in execution.
- Partner with internal teams (ad ops, sales, analytics) and external agency contacts to keep campaigns on track.
- Monitor live campaigns and flag pacing, delivery, or discrepancy issues proactively.
- Maintain documentation, trafficking sheets, and reporting templates.
TOP Critical Skills or Must Haves:
- 1-2 years of experience in programmatic, ad operations, digital media, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar) and the programmatic ecosystem.
- Familiarity with creative trafficking workflows and ad serving (e.g., Campaign Manager 360, tags/pixels).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; ability to translate data into clear summaries.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across internal and external teams.
- Programmatic knowledge is helpful. Creative management, organization and delivery are a huge part of this role, working with individual activation teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time, knowledge of ad serving technologies like DV360.
- Will work on ad-hoc reporting such as data aggregation such as high level performance of a specific campaign.
- Excel proficiency is acceptable as we do have some templates in use.
- Working knowledge of DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar) and the programmatic ecosystem; knowledge of ad serving- Required.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with streaming/CTV or media/entertainment a plus
- Having knowledge of creative uploads into the system, or naming is very helpful, knowledge of ad serving is important.
- Familiar with contemporary Ad Tech is very helpful, such as Ad Exchanger, personal interest in keeping informed of the latest in Ad Technologies and programmatic technologies is very helpful.

A candidate who is not experienced in working with or navigating a demand side platform would not be a fit for this role. This is a high volume team, should be comfortable with working within volume based environment. Should be comfortable with agility and pivoting as things change and evolve. Should be flexible and proactive in wanting to learn more about the technologies.
