I have a leadership style focused on maximizing unique skills and talents from diverse backgrounds and career levels. This involves patience, ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning from those around you. It also requires an implicit understanding that top-down does not always provide the best solutions.
I place a strong emphasis data-driven decisions to pursue organizational objectives and continuous process improvement, with an understanding that real people ultimately achieve those objectives. The data can provide a road map, but your team provides the vehicle.
I am endlessly curious, with a passion for lifelong learning and expanding knowledge, skill sets, and competencies in an ever-evolving journey. This requires an open mind to learn from anyone who crosses your path and the humility to recognize what you know and more importantly, what you do not know.
I am eager to explore new opportunities to exercise the skills developed over the course of my education in pursuit of an MBA, that I was able to concurrently apply in a professional setting.
