Topic: NEGOTIATION SKILLS – TO GIVE YOUR BUSINESS THE COMPETITIVE EDGE

Register on Eventbrite

Program:

Negotiation is one of the few business skills we use every day. It gives you the unique opportunity to increase profit margins without making substantive changes to your business model or strategy. It not only allows you to get more for your business, it also allows you to save more on expenses and, most importantly, strengthen key relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.

This interactive presentation will be as fun as it is informative. You will not only discover the keys to negotiation and persuasion, you will also have the opportunity to practice your skills in a live negotiation simulation.

Bullet point takeaways:

You negotiate everyday

You can use negotiation to get more of what you want, avoid what you don’t want (expenses, conflict, etc.), and strengthen relationships.

The three keys to negotiation are curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
