Accessibility is an important part of creating good UX designs, but not everyone understands the importance.
To create better (and successful) design solutions, you have to be able to articulate why accessibility is important and learn how to influence your team to care as much about it as you do.
You have to make sure you’re building on top of right design foundations, anticipate the objections you’ll hear, and kindly push personal opinions to the side. Come learn how to get the right conversation going, and walk away with a few quick guides on how designers get started.

Fumi Ariga, Creative Director at Trisum Studio and CSCA Board Member, is a user experience designer and strategist with over 15 years of experience.
